• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission.

Your Content

You own your content. You retain all rights to the goals, images, text, and other materials you upload to Petals of Life ("Your Content").

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, display, and render your petals and garden
• Share your public content as you direct
• Create backups and maintain the service

This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Petals of Life to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Fermion Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Petals of Life.
